Training Course Schedule For 2012 Spring and Summer are the busiest for our instructors. PSDA & Water Rescue conducts public safety training courses world wide. We have over 350 instructors in the U.S. and Canada. Our instructors are all public safety officers either active or retired from law enforcement, fire rescue and military.
